In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "benzjl" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to benzjl Casino, operated at benzjl.club, including all associated services, games, and features.

All financial transactions on benzjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

benzjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. benzjl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any Player from any promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the benzjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

benzjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, benzjl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. Where closure is initiated by the Player for responsible gaming reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player following completion of applicable verification procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, benzjl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your benzjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

benzjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the benzjl platform, even if benzjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

benzjl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. benzjl shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control.
